+# test.pubuli.com:7777 部署说明
+
+目标：把本地 Docker 版 `http://127.0.0.1:7788/guest-customer-service` 部署到  
+**http://test.pubuli.com:7777/guest-customer-service**
+
+## 现状
+
+| 项目 | 说明 |

+| DNS | `test.pubuli.com` → **100.31.73.254**（与 `www.pubuli.com` / 20.191.152.26 不同） |
+| 当前 7777 | 旧 **Werkzeug** Python 直跑，不是 Docker |
+| SSH | 100.31.73.254 **仅允许公钥**，密码登录被拒 |
+
+## 在 test 服务器部署
+
+### 1. SSH 登录（需有密钥权限）
+

+ssh root@100.31.73.254
+# 或你们实际账号

+
+### 2. 上传 guest-cs-stack 目录
+
+需包含：
+- `docker-compose.chat.yaml`
+- `docker-compose.chat.test7777.yaml`
+- `chatwoot.env`
+- `guest-cs.env`
+- `guest-cs.test.env`
+- `deploy-test7777.sh`
+- `bootstrap-chatwoot-test.sh`
+
+### 3. 一键部署
+
+```bash
+cd guest-cs-stack
+chmod +x deploy-test7777.sh bootstrap-chatwoot-test.sh
+./deploy-test7777.sh
+```
+
+空库首次需 bootstrap，把输出的 `token=` 写入 `guest-cs.test.env` 的 `CHATWOOT_GUEST_WEBSITE_TOKEN`，再：
+

+docker compose -f docker-compose.chat.yaml -f docker-compose.chat.test7777.yaml up -d --force-recreate guest-chat
+```
+
+### 4. 验证
+
+```bash
+curl -I http://127.0.0.1:7777/guest-customer-service
+# 应看到 Server: gunicorn（不是 Werkzeug）
+```
+
+浏览器：http://test.pubuli.com:7777/guest-customer-service（Ctrl+F5）
+
+## 镜像
+

+## 注意
+
+- 只 `docker pull` 不会更新正在跑的旧 Python，必须 `./deploy-test7777.sh` 停旧进程并 `--force-recreate`
+- MaxKB 仍走 `pai.pubuli.com:8080`（guest-cs.env 已配置）
+- 若无法 SSH 到 100.31.73.254，需提供 **SSH 私钥** 或请有权限的人在服务器执行上述命令
